Lower back support brace? - osteoporosis back brace
Hello,
I am looking for a lower back important for my mother. I have a few online, but she wants is short (and not the size is too high), has the support padding on the back, and soft matter. Does anyone know a good? My mother has osteoporosis and is a great need for this, as she works at the post lifting heavy bags all day. Any help is welcome. Thank you.

In all honesty, a backup just DIY a growing problem. Back braces are just a mental reminder you need to maintain a good posture and back will be weaker. I suggest, again with some exercises to strengthen the inner core abdominal muscles. These are the basic causes of major and minor problems back. People tend to use them and not so much that it weakens injured. Also in osteoporosis care to these exercises. I think in the end you have the best results. A good program to use is Winsor Pilates. Would be helpful for your mother. Good luck
