I can answer that question with a very high degree of accuracy. Lupus nephritis always cause high blood pressure over time. This means that a person is not the beginning of lupus nephritis can start with high blood pressure but worsen as kidney, hypertension blueprint. This is a cause and effect ... When the kidneys lose their function, hypertension is when a person has been diagnosed with lupus nephritis, but not on high, because the kidneys are not yet seriously damaged. As the disease progresses, hypertension occurs.

I have lupus for 16 years and never had hypertension. I guess that is not even true when I was young, was not caused by steroids. Hypertension is the least of your problems if you have lupus. Lupus is a disease of the fun.
