Protein - meat, fish, chicken, peanut butter, eggs
Vegetables - green, yellow, etc.
Fruit - and other kinds of citrus fruit
Dairy products - milk, cheese, yogurt
Grains - bread, cereals

At least 3 servings per group per day.
